Individual courses at Stanza allow students to grow academically in areas of interest. Students of all ages can take a course of interest, work ahead or retake a course gaining both knowledge and confidence. Courses are available year-round to students who can remain enrolled in their school of choice. Stanza teachers provide personalized support to meet each individual student’s needs.

Seasonal Enrollment is for students who want to…

Enrollment Process:
- Complete the enrollment application
- Pay $50 Registration Fee (nonrefundable)
- Sign enrollment agreement and pay tuition
- Meet with your teacher to determine your plan of action
- Reach success

Summer 2023 Information
- Summer School officially kicks off on June 1, 2023 and ends August 31, 2023
- Students can enroll at any time during the summer. Classes start each Thursday.
- Each session is 4 weeks long.
- Students may take 2 courses per 4 week session

Skills Development (Grades 3 - 8)
- Students will take an online diagnostic assessment in math, English, or both that will identify areas of need, or gaps in learning. Our teachers will then identify instructional strategies to tailor learning and provide practice and tutoring to support academic growth. Manageable learning goals will be created so students can see progress and will be inspired to take charge of their own learning.
- Length: 4 weeks
- One-to-one teacher support
High Stakes Test Prep (ACT, SAT, AP)
- Students will take an online diagnostic assessment to identify areas of need, or gaps in learning. Our teachers will then identify instructional strategies to tailor learning and provide practice and tutoring to support academic growth. Manageable learning goals will be created so students can see progress and will be inspired to take charge of their own learning. Students will retake the online diagnostic at the end of 4-week session to show progress.
- Upon completion of the 4-week session, students will be provided updated study plan.

Is this a summer program?
Yes, it is a summer program. We also offer courses during the entire year for students.

Yes, Stanza is accredited by Cognia which includes the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement, the Northwest Accreditation Commission, and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Council on Accreditation and School Improvement.

As a parent, what is my role?
Stanza encourages parents to take an active role in their student’s education. Younger learners may need more support with their academic activities than older students who can work more independently.
How do the grades get transferred to my student’s current school?
Stanza issues report cards or transcripts within 5 business days after the teacher enters the final grade for the course.

We are planning to travel. How will this impact my student’s instruction?
If you have a computer with internet access, your student will be able to access their coursework and connect with their teacher.
